Who we are.

What we collect and why.

When you complete the readiness assessment, we collect your company name, company size, industry, and the answers you provide to assessment questions. These are used solely to generate your personalised roadmap.

When you purchase a roadmap, Stripe collects your payment card details and billing address on our behalf. We receive from Stripe only your email address, billing country, and the last four digits of your card. We do not store full card numbers.

When you complete the follow-up questions (the “deepen” step), we collect your answers to those questions. These are used to refine the roadmap content we deliver to you.

How your data is processed.

Your assessment answers and follow-up responses are sent to a North American frontier AI company to generate your roadmap. That company processes this data under its API data processing terms; data submitted via the API is not used to train its models. Your email address is used to deliver your roadmap and, if applicable, a follow-up message about the strategy call option. We use an Australia-based email provider for outbound mail. We do not share your data with any other third party.

Your data is hosted in North America.

How long we keep your data.

We retain your assessment, roadmap, and contact details for as long as your engagement with this service is active or until you request deletion. We do not currently run automated purges. If you would like your data deleted, email readiness@lgtnow.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and we will delete your record within 14 days.

Your rights.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at readiness@lgtnow.com to exercise any of these rights.

Changes to this policy.

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above.
